Saturday Morning: Weetiny Rikku Unleashed

Rikku woke up and kickeded the covers around. She was in a BIG BED!! Like a BIG GIRL!!

An' she had a KITTY! He was aseepin'. So she shouted at him. "WAKE UP, KITTY!!!"

He had BIG EYES! She giggled an' giggled an' then gave him a kiss. Kitties liked kisses.

Then she mewed for a bit. "MEW! Mewwwwwwwwwwww! Meooooooow!" 'Cause kitties mewed 'n maybe she'd pretend she was another kitty. So's he wouldn't be lonely.

Then she 'membered that she had 'tention! So she picked up her kitty and carried him 'long. He kinda draggeded 'cause he was a big kitty an' she wasn't a big girl yet but that was okay.

That's what she told him, when he made the little "eep" kinda noisies. "It's okay, kitty! You don't got 'tention! Jus' me!" An' then she'd stop an' mew for a bit.



[OPEN! Either in the room or in the hallways on the way to detention, with the poor abused Judekitty. Shhhh, it is not entirely too late in the day to do a morning post, why?]

Rory had gotten bored and, with Vladdie, gone wandering. Then she saw her friend Rikku and she had a KITTY and she wasn't bored anymore.

"Hi hi hi hi!" she yelled, waving. Vladdie yipped and spazzed out slightly. There were people and they were little! Like him! And there was one of those things like the grumpy dark thing that Rory called Fatehill or something.

"Roooooooooooory!" Rikku bounced and waved. And thunked Judekitty on the floor a few times by axydint. Oops.

"I's sorry, kitty!" she yelled at his face. He seemed okay.

"Oooooooooh! You gots a puppy?! I dint know you had a puppy!"

"His name is Vladdie!" Rory shouted. Not on purpose. She just wanted to make sure Rikku and the kitty could hear her. "Lookit what he can do."

She poked Vladdie a little, which was enough to make him start hovering happily.

Rikku stared. "WHOA! You gots a magic dog!"

She looked down at her Judekitty. "Can you fly, Juuuuude?" And dropped him.

He thunked on the ground with an unhappy cat noise. Rikku frowned. "I guess Judeses don't fly good."

"He's a special doggie," Rory said, reaching over to pat the Judekitty.

"'S a special kitty, too. 'Cause he's not s'posed to be one. 'S usually a boy. I hope he don't still got cooties." She looked over at Vladdie. "Is he a nice doggie that lets people pets him? Pops said never to pet doggies if they're mean doggies 'cause you'll get bit but he looks nicey."

"He won't bit," she promised. "He's a nice doggie. He's a vampire like m'friend Angel!"

Rikku gasped. "He's a vampire!? But peoples said vampires were fiendses 'n they were s'posed to kill 'em!"

She looked at Rory with horrified eyes. "Don' let them hurt your puppy!"

"Sometimes they're nice! Vladdie's just a baby," she said solemnly.

"He seems very nice," said Rikku seriously. And she reached out to pet Vladdie and giggled. "I din't know vampire puppies flew!"

"He's special," she said informatively.

"I like him," she announced. "He's a good vampire puppy."

"I like your boykitty," Rory decided.

"Me toooooo!" Rikku giggled, clapping. "'S more fun as a boy but when he's a kitty he's all cuuuuuuuute 'n snuggly."

"Do you have a cootie shot?" Rory asked seriously. "In case he changes back!"

Rikku gasped. "No! I din't get one! Do you have 'em? Where do I find one?"

"I can do it!" Rory said. "Gimme your arm. It won't hurt. Promise."

Rikku, trusting as ever, held her arm out and squeezed her eyes shut. "'Kay, if you promise ..."

Rory drew a circle twice over, then poked in the center twice. "Circle, circle," she chanted, "dot, dot, now you have your cootie shot! You're 'mune!"

Rikku looked over at her arm. "Hey! It workeded! It din't hurt or nothin'!" She looked down at Judekitty. "Now we're extrasafe in case you're a boy 'gain!"

"Thanks! You're superawesome!"

"Thanks! You're superawesome too! I think I'm gonna go watch cartoons," Rory declared.

"Okay! I gots 'tention anyway 'cause I puncheded Sokka but he totally deserveded it." She picked kitty-Jude up again and began dragging him along. "Bye Rory! 'N bye Vladdie! Woof! Woof!"
