Room 308, Wednesday Evening - Chilling Out

So that Umbridge lady seemed kinda mean, and Hermione certainly hadn't liked her very much. That was bad.

But how much trouble could a principal be? Really. Seriously. Besides, she and her Jude-dude had made up and therefore, all was right with the world. Plus Deadpool hadn't come looking for her yet about the car. That was a bonus.

So Rikku was sprawled out on her bed, humming to herself and bopping a little. And maybe looking over a ... letter. 'Cause tomorrow was Thursday and, well, no reason. Just, you know. Couldn't hurt.

Her door was wide open.

"That's ... yeah. It seems unreal, you know?" Rikku fidgeted a little, and then hopped up and over to her dresser, sifting through the drawer. "I, uh, I'm just ... see, he wears this suit, on Thursdays? For class? And it's ... the shirt crinkles and it's all ..." She shivered, and then looked over at Aravis, blushing. "S-s-sorry, it, uh, it d-does something to me. Yeah?"

"Suits are nice," Aravis said, nodding vehemently. "Does he have a tie?"

Rikku nodded quickly. "Y-yeah! And a coat and the shirt was all starchy and I ..."

She facepalmed. "I u-u-used the tie for, uh, for beige things."

A-ha, the pink thing. Show Aravis? Not show Aravis? Stand here holding it wondering what possessed her to buy it? ... That one sounded good.

"I did too. I thought that was what it was for. What do you have?" Aravis said happily, looking expectant.

"Seriously!?" Rikku looked relieved. "'Cause I was teasing 'cause I had to go to class and he was all 'not gonna let you' or something and I said I'd ... you know ... with it, and he d-didn't believe me so then I had to, yeah?"

She blushed again and held up the two pieces. "I, uh, went sh-shopping," she stammered.

Aravis raised her eyebrows. "Oh...my. It's lovely. Jude's eyes will fall out of his head."

"Yeah," Rikku said, shivering a little. "Do you ... you think he'll like it? I mean ..."

She looked at it again, uncertain. "You, uh, you see where ... where I'm kinda ... needing some bravery, here."

"He's seen it before, has he not?" Aravis offered. "Why should he suddenly reject the idea of seeing as much of your skin as he can?"

Rikku blushed. "He, uh, he's seen ... a l-l-lot of my skin, yeah ... I, uh. I was gonna ..."

She scuffed the ground a little with her toes. "Don't laugh?"

"I won't laugh," Aravis said, steeling herself in case she did think it was funny.

Rikku bit her lip. "L-last week, I t-tied him up, yeah? So ... so I f-found these, in a shop in Florida."

She reached into the drawer, this time producing pink fuzzy handcuffs.

"I-I was gonna ... wait in his room, uh ..." She held up the lingerie again, then gestured as if her hands were cuffed together, and blushed furiously.

"...oooh. Oooh, that is a slightly risky move," Aravis said admiringly. It's possible that she was getting ideas, too. "What if his roommate arrives before he does?"

"He won't," Rikku said, in a low, excited tone. "It's Thursday. We give Mikey pizza money and he's got the same class as Jude, first period? But he knows not to come back to the room afterwards, I mean, like, 'till late. And I'll stick something on the door, just in case, and he knows to check, well, now, I mean ..." She blushed at that. "B-b-but ... yeah. It's ... d-do you think I should? I mean. It's ... kinda a lot but ... dude."

"Stick something on the door. There's an idea," Aravis mused. "And yes, of course you should! If you feel confident."

Rikku laughed. "We, uh, Mikey's really easy-going, if you, uh, if you put pizza money on the door, he'll just take off, like, 'Yay, money for pizza!' and not even worry about it. Plus I feel less guilty kicking him out, but it's kinda weird, like, whoa, we're renting the room. But, uh, yeah, it's g-good to have a system." More blushing. "And ... I th-think I do? I feel more confident than I did, and it seems like ... oh, it just seems like it'd be fun, you know? And I can't imagine his face."

Aravis might have been imagining someone else's face. "And what he'd say. If anything."

Rikku giggled. "I think it'd be 'unnngh.' Or "hnnnnngh.' Or 'hauuuuuuugh.'" She gave these the appropriate facial expressions.

Aravis laughed. "You know what would be utterly cruel? Not letting him touch."

Rikku laughed. "I don't think I'd manage it. I think I'm gonna beg him to touch." She facepalmed. "Wow, wow, that sounds bad ..."
